Along with versatility, the main asset of my profile is my strong specialisation in wines and spirits, completed by a French-British background and education, a good knowledge of foreign languages and excellent IT skills.
Fifteen years of experience in the wines and spirits trade sector, as co-worker and entrepreneur, from small wineshops to large wholesale trading companies, from Grands Crus exports to spirits distribution allow me to serve all the customers requirement in diverse markets.
Furthermore, my extensive network in the catering and high-end French patisserie along with my 5 year experience as a hotel bar restaurant owner enable to develop cleverly the on-trade sector, with great attention to detail.
